What label to use when entering car information?

Hi @Milda,
Welcome to 1Password! 🎉
I recommend choosing the item category that makes the most sense for you as a starting point and then adding custom fields for any additional information you want to add: Customize your 1Password items
In this case where most of the default fields for other categories won't be applicable, I'd personally go with a Document or Secure Note item. The former will be handy if there's any paperwork you'd like to upload to go along with it. Here's an example of how a customized Secure Note might look:
Note the you can use sections to group different fields together and that certain fields have their own properties. For example, I used a password field for the license plate, which obscures it as sensitive information.
All that said, we do have an open feature request to bring custom templates to 1Password 8, let me know if that's something you'd like to see in the future and I'd be happy to add your voice. Likewise if you have any questions. 🙂

I would love to see some sort of "automotive" category to upload vehicle information. I know I can link certain items such as driver licenses and documents (such as copies of titles & registration), however just a basic "VIN, Tag#" would be great. The category can even be expanded with car insurance. I was at a Jiffy Lube this morning trying to figure out what services are recommended for my vehicle. In order for them to make recommendations online, you need the VIN and TAG. I did not have this info saved in 1Password, but a central location for this info would be great!

Thank you for the suggestion! I've filed a feature request on your behalf to have the team look into creating an "Automotive" category.
In the meantime, I recommend trying my colleague Andrew's suggestion: you can create a Secure Note item and then add the custom fields that you need to store your vehicle's information.
Thank you for the feedback. 🙂
