have my secret key tho cant recover my password
keep going around in circles. on line options call for entering correct password to sign in but i cant remember it and seems i cant get anywhere even with my secret key, just wasting so much time

If have any devices that are still signed in at the moment, you can locate your account details there. Search for a 1Password Account item in your vault. You should see your password and Secret Key there.
