cannot upload CSV because don't see my name

I'm try to migrate my data from LastPass to 1Password. I'm on a Mac using safari. All the software is the latest.

I've downloaded the passwords from LastPass.

I'm trying to do step 2 (https://support.1password.com/import-lastpass).

The instructions are to sign in and click on your name, then select import.

However, I never see my name, so I can't click on it and hence cannot select import.

It seems that I'm always signed in.

How do I proceed?

    Sorry to hear you've had some trouble with this. The steps in the support guide are for importing your data via 1Password.com, in your browser, rather than the through the 1Password app.
