1PW Email support ID: #USL-57997-319, 2019 iMac running MacOS 12.6.2, 1Password v 8.9.2:
I had to rebuild my system startup volume on my 2019 iMac running MacOS 12.6.2.
Once I restored from Time Machine, now I cannot unlock 1Password for Mac v 8.9.12 using my known good master password (which I had verified at http://1Password.com). When I enter this known good master password in the unlock field on the 1Password app on the Mac, it just says "that didn't work. Check your password and try again"… yet, that same password DOES WORK at http://1Password.com .. please advise on how to resolve this issue.
I would note, too, that I can access my 1Password account from my iPad, my iPhone, and my MacBook Pro running macOS 12.6.2 — this access issue is limited to the iMac where the startup volume was wiped, macOS reinstalled, then user data and applications were restored from the most recent Time Machine Backup using Migration Assistant.

1Password Version: 8.9.2

Please get back to me with troubleshooting steps as soon as possible -- I use 1Password for Mac often on my iMac. Having to type in these long passwords manually (reading on my iPhone, then typing in on my iMac). Cumbersome at best.
