New Item should use a separate window

Creating a new item pops up a modal dialog - i.e. it blocks the main window and can't be dragged around separately. It would be better for it to be a real separate window, so you could still interact with other parts of the application. This is more convenient - especially as I'm dealing with imported credentials, it's very helpful to be able to reference other entries. This would also help in making it feel more native macOS rather than weird Electron - compare the way the Apple Mail app composes new messages in a separate window so you can still use the rest of the app
