When create a new password from iOS (usually when creating an new login) add an option to generate an new temporary email address — like SimpleLogin or ICloud hide my email.
Simulare option for credit card will be great too

When you use 1Password for Safari you can use our Fastmail masked email and Privacy.com integrations to generate and use new email addresses and credit card numbers. You can learn more here:
