Opening Issues on iPad

Intermittently I cannot open 1Password on my iPad. The iOS is up to date but when I use touch ID to open 1Password 4 times out of 5 it closes. The other time it opens fine with all features available. Updated the iOS last weekend and this is my first use of 1Password since then

    I'm sorry that 1Password is intermittently not opening on your iPad. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iOS device:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    With your email please include:

    The report will be in zip format. Please send the entire file.
