1Password frequently showing not connected
I'm in progress of switching from Lastpass to 1Password, but I'm running into some issues that are making me question the reliability of the service. I was wondering if others have seen these issues and know if it's a settings problem.
- 1Password app on Mac occasionally shows the red cloud with a line thru it implying no internet connection to the service. Everything else on my mac is connected fine.
- 1Password plugin fails to update a password due to an "error" (possibly same error above)
- 1Password web login gives an "unexpected error" prompt sometimes when trying to log in with the correct password (related to the above?)
- Tonight, clicking on the sign in link on the 1password page takes me to start dot 1password dot com slash signin?l=en and throws a "502 Bad Gateway" error
Is the site just overloaded lately or do I have something configured improperly?

I had the same "502 Bad Gateway" error earlier today but it seems to have resolved itself.

Hi both. We did have some interruption to the 1Password.com service over the last 24-48 hours, but this has now been resolved.
