How to change password in iOS app once it’s opened with face recognition but forgot old password

I’m able to open 1Password iOS using facial recognition. I want to change the password but have forgotten the old password to do that. Is there any workaround while I’m in the app on my iPhone?

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 16.2

    Please email us using [email protected]. One of my colleagues can work with you one on one to get your data safe. Please do not allow the device to restart or the battery to die and email us asap. We would not want you to lose access to your data.
