1password 7 not syncing

Hi, i have 1 password 7 running on Ipad Pixel phone and Macbook pro, but on the MacBook it won't sync?

I am using dropbox and these are the only 3 devices on dropbox account, sync between Ipad and phone works fine.

I have tried deleting dropbox and reinstalling, but no joy.

When i select dropbox for sync service it asks if i want to merge vaults, i confim, but then get a message saying there is any error do i want to Fix or Ignore, fixing does not seem to work?

Any ideas?

What about deleting 1password and restoring from backup and trying sync again?

I have do have different data in MacBook and other devices.
