3 years agoAdd an icon to a login
While blissfully using V6 for years, one could drag whatever icon one wanted to the small block when editing a login, and it would accept it. Now, it appears to need to find a physical file somewhere on the HD? Am I missing something?
Generally I screencap whatever I want, and just drop it in - having to place it on the desktop, then find it, and then delete it are steps I'd rather not have to take. All help appreciated.

Thanks, it's definitely something I'm used to doing, without all the extra steps.

Hello @DerringDo! 👋
1Password 8 doesn't currently include the ability to drag and drop a new icon onto an item. You'll need to save the image and then use the Choose new icon option to select it from it's location on your Mac. That being said, I've let the product team know that dragging and dropping a new icon is something that you'd like to see added in the future. Thank you for the suggestion! 🙂
