Please walk me through how to create nests or sub-tags

Hi there, I'm running 1Password version 8.9.15 on my Mac laptop and would like to learn how to use the nest or sub-tag feature. I've been reading through previous posts which say to add a / to the name of the tag but that does nothing...the new tag just appears with the / next to its name. I would like my nest to look like the one in the picture, which I've copied from another community discussion: https://1password.community/discussion/133263/sub-tags-in-1password-8.

Just type as: Level 1/Level 2/Level 3
