Double-check your iPhone's system clock is accurate by going to https://time.is/ – most (almost all) two-factor authentication errors we see are because of the system clock.
If your iPhone's clock is accurate, try signing in to 1Password.com in a Private or Incognito window in your browser on your computer, using a one-time password from Google Authenticator.

If you're sure that your iPhone's date and time are accurate then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from the iPhone:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to
