Re-arranging items with File type not working correctly
I noticed that if I have a file attachment below other regular text items above it, and then move the file item into the list of text items, I can no longer move the file item out of the list of text items so it's a file item by itself. So, once moved into the text items list, the file item is "stuck" there. In one case, the file item did move back out of the text items when I dragged it, but the second time I moved it above into the text items, it was again "stuck" and refused to move back beneath.
Seems easy to reproduce.

Apologies if I've misunderstood, but does this take place while editing and item and rearranging its fields? If so, does creating an additional section provide better results? Doing so should add some additional space where you can move fields:
