I am unable to change my email address. I am unable to login since I don’t know my emergency code. I am logged in on 1Password 7 on my iPhone, iPad, and iMac. I have followed all the directions but I’m unable to get my emergency code. None of my devices were generate a scannable code. I tried upgrading to version 8, but was unable to do that. Please help.

    Please email us using support+forum@1password.com. Be sure to use the email address tied to the account in question. Off-hand it sounds like you may not be using a membership. Only memberships have a Secret Key. Do you see a Primary vault on your device? A Primary vault is not part of a membership.
