Domain Matching for microsoftonline.com and live.com?

I use Office 365 for my work email and Hotmail for personal email.

My 1Password login for my work email has https://login.microsoftonline.com as the website.

My 1Password login for my personal email has https://login.live.com as the website.

But, when I go to https://login.live.com, 1Password shows both logins as options. I don't want this - I want 1Password to respect the specific domains/websites that I have chosen to list in 1Password for each item.

(And yes, the same problem occurs if I go to https://login.microsoftonline.com.)

Is there any way to force 1Password to respect my choices?

Please update 1Password to 8.10 The you might be able to accomplish what you are seeking. This may help too. Change where a login is suggested and filled

@ag_tommy I seem to be 'stuck' on 8.9.11. I have downloaded a fresh 1P installer from 1password.com, but even after letting it run I still have 8.9.11 showing.

    Is 8.10 in beta only?

EDIT: I deleted the app from my Mac and reinstalled, it's now 8.10. Don't know why the installer needed the extra step.

Odd. 8.10 is the stable release. 8.10.1-1 is the beta. You've already answered my next question by manually downloading the installer. That would have been is your user folder on a Volume apart from the OS. That can break auto updates.

As silly as this sounds could I trouble you to do the old faithful and restart the device? Then install once again. If there's no change, we likely need to get a report from your device and get you over to my email colleagues.

    1. Open 1Password.
    2. Press command and comma. The 1Password preferences will open.
    3. Tap Advanced.
    4. Click Send Diagnostics.
    5. Click Reveal to locate the report in your downloads folder.

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    Hi @ag_tommy,

I think you were probably typing that last message as I was editing the previous one. I did manage to get 8.10 by deleting the previous 1Password app.

Not sure, but part of the problem might have been that I was only the Nightly channel long ago, and switched to Production a few months back... but maybe my auto-updates were not quite right. (FWIW, 1P still tells me that 8.9.13-17.NIGHTLY is available, even though I am on 8.10.0 and the Production channel!).

At any rate... 8.10 and that link you provided are doing exactly what I want. Thanks for all the help 😃

    Best,
    ooga

Can you confirm that your selection within 1Password is set to production? If the nightly is still being mentioned it may be that you're experiencing an issue we resolved recently. If you setting is production you should only receive production updates. The is one stipulation to this. If you're on a nightly and change to production you would remain on the nightly release -- Until the next production release. In other words you cannot go back and forth between the two mid cycle.

    Good work on the replacement.

    Hi @ag_tommy,

In Settings -> Advanced, I have set release channel to Production, and to install updates automatically.
In Settings -> About, it shows I have 8.10.1 on NIGHTLY channel.

I did fiddle around with this today, so hopefully within a few weeks I will be back on the Production channel after the next update.

    Thanks again!
