I can no longer use Touch ID to access my 1PASSWORD
I have done all suggested in "support" files. Have had app since 2014 and it is version 6.8.9.
settings have been followed to allow touch access to no avail.

1Password 6 has been long retired, there is always a possibility that some OS change has broken the feature with that version of 1Password. I would recommend looking into a more modern version of 1Password. Note 1Password 7 has also stopped receiving updates. I would recommend that you look into using 1Password 8 if at all possible.
