Hello,

I searched before and saw where others had this problem, but mine seems different.

  • I checked under apple settings and have touch ID turned on and it works to open my Mac.
  • I have been using touch ID with 1 Password with no issues for while with no problems.
  • Now I am not even given the option to use it.
  • When I go into 1Password settings, there isn't even an option under security to turn Touch ID on or off. This is for Chrome, FireFox and the 1Password App download.

Suggestions to get it turned back on? Thanks

BTW - this seemed to start after a new OS update 13.2.1

  • When I go into 1Password settings, there isn't even an option under security to turn Touch ID on or off.

Deselect the box and select the box to toggle the use off/on.

I wanted to circle back here and mention that the option for Touch ID would be in the browser as Integrate with the 1Password app. There are not separate settings to use Touch ID within the browser as far as configuration goes. In a nut-shell the 1Password for Mac does the heavy lifting aka facilities the use of Touch ID.
