8.10 Bug - 1P8 Won’t Open To Home Screen
Every time I open 1P fresh it will always open to the items tab instead of the Home Screen. Very annoying.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Our developers are tracking this issue and we hope to include a fix with a future update. In the meantime, uninstalling and reinstalling 1Password 8 for iOS will resolve the issue on your device.

Funnily enough, I actually like this behavior 😊 I prefer to go straight to the items view or to search and it would be great if that was a configurable option

I had the same issue, a reinstall got it going to Home again.
I agree with r3r344r4 though that the ability to customize the opening screen would be best. Personally I prefer the two column view of 1Password 7 that has all my items in the left column and the details on the right, a search bar on top and the alphabet to the right. I regret upgrading and losing that simple and familiar design. It actually prompted me to look at your competition to see if they offer something similar to 1P7.

I'm sorry that you were affected by the issue as well but glad that reinstalling the app got things working again.
You can view your items with a search bar at the top and the alphabetical scroll bar on the right by tapping Items > All Items. I've passed along your request for the ability to customize which screen opens when you launch the app to our product team. 🙂
