Upgrading from version 7 to version 8

I have a 1Password membership and consider upgrading from version 7 to version 8. How can I this without losing any data?

1Password Version: 7.9.9
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: macOS Monterey 12.6.3
Browser:_ Safari
