Unsuccessful importing data from Last Pass. It says I may not be connected to the internet but I am

I just started with 1Password and expected to be able to import my passwords from Last Pass. When I try it gives me the message that I may not be connected to the internet, however I am. I finally opened the Diagnostic report however it was technical and not usable by me. I have disabled Authentication in Last Pass. Do I have to restart the computer or what do I do? Thanks

1Password Version: ver 8, just installed
Extension Version: just installed it
OS Version: Mac OS 11.7.1

    Welcome to 1Password! I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when importing from LastPass. I see that you've also sent in an email and one of my colleagues sent you a reply a few hours ago, please continue the conversation there.
