Unsuccessful importing data from Last Pass. It says I may not be connected to the internet but I am

I just started with 1Password and expected to be able to import my passwords from Last Pass. When I try it gives me the message that I may not be connected to the internet, however I am. I finally opened the Diagnostic report however it was technical and not usable by me. I have disabled Authentication in Last Pass. Do I have to restart the computer or what do I do? Thanks

    Welcome to 1Password! I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when importing from LastPass.
