1Password not syncing between Mac and iOS

    Long time LastPass user came over yesterday to give 1Password a go. I downloaded Mac Desktop and iOS App. I logged into my account from both devices. Even setup 2FA. I created a new login on Each device separately. 12 hours later it still hasn't synced. I cannot see the login created from my desktop app on my iphone and vice versa. I also changed the family name, personal and Family name avatars on laptop and none of that is reflected on my iphone app.

    I also used the QR code from my computer to set up my mobile app account.

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    With your email please include:

    The report will be in zip format. Please send the entire file.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!
