Why does Timeout of 60 minutes, locks after _only_ 38 minutes?
I've set both browser extension timeout and vault timeout to 60 minutes. My laptop doesn't go to sleep (I'm working on it). However, I have to type my password again when I try to login after 38 minutes. I set a timer when I first unlocked it, as it seemed to be timeout too quickly.
How to get it to really, really believe my 60 minute setting?
BTW: I have no idea how to find my 1Password version. I looked at the help, and I have no idea where this "Click at the top of the sidebar and choose Settings" is. What "sidebar"? Before/After I open my vault? Where are the three dots (which didn't copy in my copy 'n paste)?

Hi @JudiG,
Thanks for your questions. Can you confirm you are keeping the browser window open the whole time? Doing so will require you to sign in again.
However, if you have the 1Password 8 for Windows app installed as well, you'll be able to share the lock state between the app and extension. This provides the added benefit of being able to, Use Windows Hello to unlock 1Password on your Windows PC.
Get the 1Password apps
To try and help alleviate the issues with the extension locking early or when you close the browser window, with the shared lock state enabled, you can adjust the 1Password auto-lock settings within the app.
We'll be here to help, should you need further assistance.

Yes, of course my browser is open the whole time. Generally, I’m working in other application/windows, and when I return to browser, I have re-type my 1Password password again.
I’m not interested in using Windows Hello.

Hello again @judiG,
Thanks for your reply. To help us better understand where the problem may exist, could you provide a screenshot of where you've set the 60 minute lock time? Here is a handy guide on how to take screenshots on different platforms: https://www.take-a-screenshot.org - When sending a screenshot, please be sure to redact any personal or private information.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi @JudiG,
Thanks for the screenshots and letting us know this set correctly to 60 minutes on 1Password.com and within the extension. Does the early lock happen in both cases?
With regard to the browser extension, could you please pass some logs along to us by way of an email message addressed to
