The documentation of the Security preferences shows options that aren't present in the OS X 1Password preferences or in the screen shot on that page: Never prompt for master password and Disable automatic unlock for all applications.

That's correct. The screenshot is from 1Password 3.8. You are using 1Password 3.9. Sorry for any confusion.
