Passwords Not Entered and Saved

Hello: I've noticed a problem over the past two months or so. For example, if I go to log into a web site for which I've already saved password/username info in 1P, I click in the dialogue box and nothing happens. For some cites, even if I copy the 1P pw from inside 1P it will not let me paste. I have not tracked every web site in which this has occurred, but it seems to be random and I have encountered this problem with websites that previously displayed no problem. I mainly use Firefox, but I tried a test in Safari and experienced the same problem w/the same website.

I'm sorry for the trouble you are having using 1Password to fill. In order for us to take a closer look at exactly what is going wrong, next time you encounter this behaviour can you send over the following:

• A console log for 1Password in your browser
• A diagnostics report from your 1Password app
