do not get 1password prompts on galaxy s21

I am just setting up 1password on my Galaxy S21. I do not get prompts for 1password to fill in the fields. Also when I go to 1 password, I see multiple login possibilities. one of them works, but it is trial and error to see which one. Any suggestions for eliminating the need to guress?

    I do not get prompts for 1password to fill in the fields.

    To start I'd like to ask you to confirm that Autofill is on:
    1. Open and unlock 1Password for Android.
    2. Tap the account or collection icon.
    3. Tap Settings > Autofill.
    4. If off, tap Autofill on.
    5. Select 1Password as the Autofill service.

    If Autofill was already on or there's no change after turning it on. I'd like to ask you to share a few apps or websites where a prompt from 1Password does not appear after tapping a sign in field. For websites, please include the browser as well.

    Could you share any additional details about where you're seeing duplicate logins? If you view your account on 1Password.com or another 1Password app do you also see the duplicate items there?
