My autofill has stopped working on all applications. Suggestions?
1Password Version: 1Password for Mac 8.10.3
Extension Version: 2.8.1
OS Version: macOS Monterey 12.6.2

Is 1Password open on your Mac when trying to fill? If it's not, and the menu bar helper is not running then you'll not be able to fill. I'd recommend keeping 1Password enabled in the menu bar.
1Password > Preferences (Settings) > General - Keep 1Password in the menu bar (enable)
I'd also recommend looking at updating macOS to 12.6.4 when possible. Also updating 1Password in the browser to 2.9.0. It might be that the browser needs a full quit and open in this instance to restore filling.
