how do i import all my password from Lastpass?

Hello - I am on a 1Password trial and wanting to import all my passwords from Lastpass - I have tried the options under import but it keeps failing. I have also tried exporting from Lastpass to a csv file and importing as well, but it still fails. How do I do this?

    I have resolved this - had MF enabled on Lastpass
