This continues to be an ongoing problem, I cannot login into Mac OSX native app

Why won't 1password fix this problem? I can login just fine on the web app but I cannot login onto the native mac app unless I reinstall. I am sick of reinstalling every two weeks when it asks for a password and won't take my fingerprint. Please fix your insanely buggy product. I know I am not the only one with this issue, seems to be a problem for quite a few people. Just fix your software!!!

    I'm sorry to hear that your account password isn't accepted by 1Password unless you reinstall the app. I'm not aware of a current known issue that matches this behaviour so we'll need to investigate further what might be going wrong on your device.
