new user - over an hour and still moving

1pw 7.9.10 user, trying to migrate over to v8 - process has been running over an hour, only 600 items and handful of jpegs. Is this normal?

    I'm sorry that you're running into problems with migration to 1Password 8. Can you tell me a little more about what you see on your screen? Where is the process stuck exactly? Do you see an error message that says “Waiting for data to be moved. Don’t quit this app.”?

    yes, these two windows have open for over 1.5 hours

    Thank you for posting the screenshots. It sounds like you're running into an issue we're tracking. You can quit the installer (it won't result in any data loss). Then follow these steps:

    1. Open and unlock 1Password 7.
    2. Confirm that you can see your items.
    3. Leave 1Password 7's main window open.
    4. Run the 1Password 8 installer again while 1Password 7 is open.
