"Used a Newer Version" Bug

Hello! --

I am currently having issues running the latest version (including the beta) of 1Password on my M1 MacBook (running the latest macOS: Ventura 13.3.1). There is a pop-up that appears when I try to open the standalone app that I will attach. (And to clarify, the Brave browser version works just fine!)

I have attempted a full un-install, but I may be missing some steps. Can I get an updated guide on a full uninstall for M1 Macs? As well as some guidance if that doesn't fix the bug?
