Edge extension manifest invalid

I've installed 1Password 8 successfully on Windows 10 Enterprise (20H2) but cannot get the 1Password extension installed on the Edge extensions page.
The error message is "The add-on could not be verified as the add-on manifest file is invalid."

Here's another user who had the same problem a month ago, fixed by itself.

But my problem refuses to resolve.

1Password Version: 8.10.5
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Windows 10 20H2
Browser:_ Edge 90.0.1054.62

    I'm sorry for the trouble.

    Can you try updating Edge to the latest version and then let us know if you are still having difficulty?
