Migrating Regions Question
I'm in the process of moving my Personal Family account from one region to another.
The documentation is pretty straightforward. However, it mentions that any item with an attached file must be manually downloaded and uploaded to the new account.
Can I filter the list of items in the 1Password app to show me which items have an attached file? I tried "file:" but it didn't work the same way that "passkey:" does.
Also, once I've finished setting up the account in the new region, can my remaining subscription period be transferred to the new account?

Thank you for the question! You can find all Document items by selecting the Document category from the top of the item list in the 1Password app. There isn't a search filter to find other types of items with file attachments, you'll need to manually find and migrate those items over.
That being said, I can see how it would be useful to have that functionality in the app and I've filed a feature request on your behalf.
Also, once I've finished setting up the account in the new region, can my remaining subscription period be transferred to the new account?
I recommend reaching out to our billing team at support@1Password.com for an answer to this question. They'll be in the best position to assist.
