How to reinstall 1Password.

I have an older MacBook Air that I haven't used for a while. Not sure if I changed the 1PW password on my current devices. AFAIK, I'm using PW8 which works fine on my MBP, Iphone, iPad and my Windows 10 computer. Today I booted up my MB Air and 1PW wouldn't accept my standard 1PW. Short of wiping the "Air" back to factory settings, is there any other way I can access 1PW on my Air? The one reason I would not like to go back to factory setting on the Air is that I have Excel for Mac on it and no way to reload the program on it as the Excel CD is unreadable and I really don't want to buy another one.

    Hello @ShotGun4me! 👋

    I'm sorry that you're unable to unlock 1Password on your Macbook Air. Are you using 1Password 8 on the Macbook Air as well or an older version of the app? Are there any older passwords that you can try?

    Can you also tell me if you're able to log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app) and see all of your items there?
