Cannot save new login item

I've been having trouble with auto-creation of new login items. Today, I visited a new site (broadwaysf.com) and created a new account. A great password was auto created, and at just the right moment, 1P popped up a splash screen with all the correct details (user/pass/URL/logo) and asked me to save or cancel. I hit "Save" and save button darkens, but the splash screen just stays there in the middle of the page. I wait a while. Eventually I hit cancel. The new login item is not created.

I am using the 1Blocker add-on, could that be the problem?

    Hey @boberonicus,

    Thanks for messaging!

    I went to the website you mentioned and was able to create a new account with a generated password. From what you have mentioned, your extension my not be communicating with the 1Password app. Follow these steps to open your settings page and reset the integration with the 1Password app and the extension:

    1. Sign into the 1Password app
    2. Open your browser
    3. Right click on the 1Password Extension
    4. Click settings
    5. Under the 'General' tab, please turn off Integrate with 1Password app
    6. Restart your browser and follow steps 2-5 to turn this setting back on
