I think I accidentally deleted my vault and backup

I've been using 1Password 4 for ever. I bought it before you needed a subscription. I just deleted a bunch of stuff from OneDrive and apparently I deleted my 1Password. I've just signed up for a new subscription but I can't access the passwords I had before. Is there a way I can restore my existing backup somehow? I realize I am a moron.
