Vault, categories and tags disappear from home page intermittently

When signing on, sometimes the 3 navigational options (Vaults, Categories, and Tags) do not appear on the home page, similar to the “customize” problem identified previously and which I also had. The work around to switch collection and then pick Home again seems to resolve both these issues.

    Yes, this is a known issue at the moment, and our Development team are working on resolving it. As you've seen already, switching to another tab, then back, will solve it temporarily. Sorry for the inconvenience.
