How to i attach an image or other document to a 1P (v8) record

I want to attache an image to a 1P record. i cannot seem to do this. i heard this feature has been re-instated, but cannot figure out how to do it. Drag and drop used to work.

Appreciate your help.

PS: how do i know if i am close the max database size limit? maybe this is the issue/

    To attach a file to an item in 1Password, click Edit on the item, then "+ add more", then "Attach a File". You can find out more about this here:

    The second paragraph under the "Add a file to 1Password" header is the one you need. :)
