Feature request: move item count to top
On MacOS Ventura and 1Password 8.latest, the item count for any selected category, including All, shows up at the bottom of the list.
It would work much better for me if this count was at the top of the item list. I shouldn't have to scroll to the bottom to see the count...
Thanks for listening.
Mike

Hi there @Mike Molloy
You can also click the ↓≡ sorting options at the top of the list to see the count there:
That'll mean you don't have to scroll all the way to the bottom. :)

Thanks, that's helpful, but I'd still prefer to just see it anchored at the top all the time.

Thank you for the feedback. I'd be happy to pass along your request to the team, can you tell me a little more about how you're using the item count so that we can better understand why you'd like to see it all the time?

It's nothing critical, but recently I've been doing a major Watchtower and 1Password "cleanup" and several times I've been curious about my 1P items and would just prefer to see the count. I get that some would see this as cluttering the interface, but it's just a personal preference.
Thanks.

There is exactly one common UI pattern for itemcounts - next to the related item in the sidebar. All previous 1PW version used this pattern. In order to avoid clutter one could easily add an option to show/hide counts.
The current uncommon way item counts are implemented in 1PW8 make them more or less invisible thus useless.1 -
@Mike Molloy and @viswiz
Thank you both for the feedback, I've shared it with the team. 🙂
