Hello Jmano! 👋
Can you clarify the issue a little further? Are you still able to open the 1Password 8 app when you double-click on 1Password from your Mac's Applications folder? If you can then you can turn the menu bar icon on by following these steps:
- Open and unlock 1Password for Mac.
- Click on 1Password next to the  in the menu bar.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on General.
- Turn on "Keep 1Password in the menu bar".
Let me know if I misunderstood the issue.
