Chrome extension always offline on Linux. How can I escape this login loop?
Every 80 days we are required to change our passwords. When I do this I would very much like to update 1password with my new ones.
I am able to change and save the new password(s) and when I go to verify I've succeeded, I can confirm the new password is saved.
However, trying to login with 1password does NOT work. I always have to type everything in. Looking through different forums I ran across the notion of offline. So I noticed my Chrome extension is offline (hun???)
When I go through the process of going online I enter a login loop of hell :-|
1 - Plugin says I'm offline
2 - I click the offline icon
3 - I click the [Continue Signing In] button
4 - The "Enter your master password" dialog appears, I type it in
5 - I'm brought to main page in a new tab, where I need to type in AGAIN my master password because apparently
"Your session has expired. 1Password in the browser would like you to sign in again to authenticate."
6 - Once I do that the new tab disappears (successfully?)
7 - Goto #1 The plugin says I'm still offline
I went through this ~80 days ago. The only way we (our IT and I) could make it work was to remove the plugin, reset my account and start the whole installation / confirmation / everything procedure.
Please what can I do? ... !?!
