Offline items on 1Password for Mac
I have an Offline Item which I can't move or delete it. Clearly isn't syncing this item. I have a cross through the cloud icon at the top if the app too. Everything else working ok. Any ideas how to rectify this?

Hello @neilmitch! 👋
I'm sorry that you're seeing an offline indicator and offline items when using 1Password for Mac. The latest version of 1Password added a feature to reveal offline items that haven't synced to your account due to an issue. So that we can help you resolve this, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to
support+forum@1password.com
.With your email please include:
- A link to this thread: https://1password.community/discussion/141109/offline-items-on-1password-for-mac#latest
- Your forum username:
neilmitch
- Please do not post your diagnostic report to the forum. This is for your privacy and security.
Please send the entire file.
Note: Please don't modify any files or remove your account from the app until our team has had a chance to review your diagnostics report.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!

After updating to Mac 8.10.8 (81008045), I'm seeing five items in a new Offline Items section in the 1Password sidebar. I can't say for certain, but I may have previously deleted at some, if not all, of these items. In other words, are these items that had been deleted but not completely purged from the database, and are now making a re-appearance? Whatever the case, like @neilmitch, I'm not able to find a way to delete them. I tried restarting my Mac, but that didn't make the offline items go away or make them deleteable. (Is there a way to rebuild the 1Password database in version 8?)

@Dave_1P and @ag_tommy Following up on my earlier report of the same behavior that @neilmitch is experiencing... Would you also like me to send a diagnostics report?
