1P V8.10.8 Syncing Issue

I am using 1P (V8.10.8) on my PC (Windows 10Pro) and started seeing a syncing issue the past day. Despite 1P being unlocked and my internet working, the chrome plugin (V2.12.0) says "Your account is offline. You won't be able to save changes until you finish signing in.". When I click on "Continue signing in" it opens the desktop app (which is already signed in) which then has the red cloud icon which says "Some changes could not be synced with your other devices. View offline items.". I have locked, quit and resigned in, as well as restarted, but keep getting the same error. Any suggestions?

OS Version: Windows 10Pro

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+windows@1password.com.

  • Hi, I'm seeing this as of a few days ago. I cannot get it to sync for the life of me. I am signed on on literally every single platform there is yet it still says I am offline.

    Hello again limke515,

    The latest update (8.10.8) made it possible for the app to display any specific items that have been unable to sync to the server and why you're not currently seeing any issues with 8.10.7.

    If you could continue the conversation following the email reply sent recently we'll be happy to continue to help there with instructions.

    Once you update your MacBook to 8.10.8 and if you see issues on that device, we can troubleshoot separately for that device. Thanks!

    Not germane to this support issue, but FYI, my MacBook is at 8.10.7 and does not have this issue. The binaries for the two platforms are different, I imagine, but still, the same error may have infiltrated both code bases. I did obtain the download for 8.10.8, but haven't installed it yet.
