Items in shared vault not available
Hi, I am using the latest version of 1Password for Mac for families. We have a shared vault to easily exchange secrets amongst each other. Recently I noticed, that if someone adds items to this shared vault I cannot see them on my Mac 1P app. On my iPhone the items are available as soon as they were added. Strangely I can see them in my Safari 1P extension on my Mac when I use the search bar to look for them but not in the normal app. After restarting my Mac those items become available...
What can I do? Adding items to my private vault is working fine, there are no obvious connectivity issues...

I'm sorry that you're not seeing certain shared items when using 1Password for Mac until after you restart your Mac. Can you tell me how you're locating the items in question? Are you manually scrolling through an item list? Or are you searching for the item using the search box?
Can you try this troubleshooting test:
- Have someone share an item with you.
- Confirm that you don't see the item in 1Password for Mac.
- Right-click on the 1Password menubar icon and click Lock.
- Unlock 1Password.
Do you see the item now?

Thanks Dave, I am back home again and I did the test like you suggested. The test item was not seen until I locked/unlocked 1Password. No issues for the same item on my iPhone. That's a good workaround for now. Is there an explanation for this behavior?

Thank you for reporting back. It sounds like something is going wrong with how item changes are being communicated to, or detected by, the 1Password app on your Mac. If you can reproduce the issue again then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac so that we can investigate further:
