Delete old suspended account from "add account" screen
On my "Accounts > Add Account" preference screen, it always shows a 2y+ old 1PW business account I was once member of. That seems to be somehow cached in my main account. How can I get rid of this?

Hi there @Thomas
On the Mac, we use the Keychain to cache these "found" accounts, so you can remove them by following these steps:
⚠️ Before starting, make sure you have an Emergency Kit for your active 1Password account(s) so that you can sign in again. You'll need all of your account details, including your email address, Secret Key, and account password, for each active 1Password account.
- Quit 1Password completely by right-clicking it in the menu bar and choosing Quit.
- In the Finder, click Go menu > Utilities, then open Keychain Access.
- Search for
b5credentials
in the top-right corner. - Select all entries that you find and press ⌫ Delete on the keyboard to remove them.
Any accounts that you're currently using will regenerate their
b5credentials
file, so there's no need to worry about which ones you're deleting.Open 1Password again and those suggestions will be gone.
Give that a try and let me know how you get on. I'll be here if you need further help. :)
