I can't log into my 1Password6.

How do I get it back or create a new password? I had AgileBits send me an email and they said I have no account with them. I couldn't get on the forum either and was told to create a new account. What should I do? Should I download a newer version?

    The lack of an account is that most likely using a 3rd party sync method and not using 1Password.com for your syncing needs. If you unlock 1Password from the menu bar are you able to access your data? What about the main window? My apologies it was not clear where you were trying to unlock.

    Forum access is a separate feature and not part of any membership or 3rd party sync. That is most likely why you were unable access the forum. Registration for the forum is optional.
