Cannot Sign-In To 1Password, See Below 1Password Generated Message

The title more or says it all in that I cannot sign-in to 1Password and get the below 1Password generated message:

I did contact support as suggested but still no response.

I am locked out until I get help so please respond as soon as possible.

    Hey @Joelc, someone is going to have to take a look at your setup to properly troubleshoot, so emailing in was the right idea. Someone will get back to you ASAP if they haven't already.

    If you don't hear back by tomorrow, leave your Support ID (ABC-12345-123) here and we'll take a look for your ticket.

    Just to be clear, do you mean follow up on teh e-mail inclusive of my support and, if yes, where do I get the Support ID?

    For those following / reading this thread please note:

    1. The problem has been resolved by deleting a specific file deep within the Library folder structure; and

    2. The problem was caused by restoring 1Password via Time Machine / Migration and is a known issue that 1Password is working on.

    Thanks to 1Password for getting me sorted with the same day.
