Cannot enable touch id

I have seen many threads on this and tried every suggestion I found. However, touch id is still grayed out in the Security settings.

I followed this to no avail.

1Password Version: 1Password for Mac 8.10.13 (81013005)
Extension Version: Firefox:21400102, on STABLE channel; Safari 2.14.1
OS Version: 13.5 (22G74)
Browser: Firefox / Safari

    I'm sorry that you're unable to turn on Touch ID unlock for 1Password. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    With your email please include:

    Please send the entire file.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!
