I've just had to setup 1Password 7.9.11 on an old Mac at work under High Sierra (to access some ancient files from an old application). The .opvault is stored on Dropbox (we haven't subscribed at work yet), and although it is working, every time I try to use Safari, I get a big blocking "Welcome to 1Password 7" modal window offering me to Subscribe to a membership.

I have to dismiss this window (sometimes requiring 3 or more clicks on the red close button) before I can access 1Password. Two seconds later, the blocking modal window is back again. It's incredibly annoying!

How can I permanently dismiss this window?

1Password Version: 7.9.11
Extension Version: 7.9.11
OS Version: macOS 10.13.6
Browser: Safari 13.1.2

It sounds as if you've not applied a license to the installation. Where did you install 1Password from? If it was the Mac App Store this would explain the message. That version is not able to user our licenses. You'd want to move to the direct download version, then apply the license.

Ah! That was it! Thank you! Totally forgot about doing the license! I just double-clicked the license file and all is good now.

Thanks for the super fast response!
