Does anyone use 1Password to save/share Zoom recording Passcodes?
My company uses Zoom for all of our video calls and we often save our recordings automatically using Zoom's "save to Cloud" feature, and share them internally at the company. For security reasons, these recordings are password-protected with a unique passcode per recording.
What is the best way to share these recording links + passcodes internally via 1Password? For some of them, every employee should be given access, but for others, employees might share them 1:1 privately.
I've tried saving each recording link + passcode as a vault item. But, each Zoom recording has a unique suffix in the URL, so when I bring up a recording link, 1Password suggests every single item for zoom.us, and it's difficult/impossible to know which is the right one
